Early Bird / Night Owl Drop Off Service
We know you have a busy schedule, that's why Rocha’s offers you Early Bird / Night Owl Drop Off Service:
- Park & Lock. The night before or early the day of your appointment just park & lock your vehicle in the service parking area. The front gate is open.
- Check In. Go to the Night Drop Box next to the front entrance and write your order (services to be done on your vehicle) on the provided envelope.
- Give Information. Please be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
- Authorize. Sign & date the bottom of the envelope.
- Drop Off Key. Place your car key in the envelope and place the envelope in the "Key Drop" slot.
One of our Service Advisors will check-in your vehicle the next morning and call you with an estimate for repairs.
