The staff were friendly and helpful. They were patient and thorough with my questions. I was very happy and impressed that they cleaned my dirty 2011 engine (shes been through a lot!). It looks shiny and new!

We had a great smog experience here! I showed up for an appt but unfortunately due to recent work on my vehicle, a sensor wasn't open so they were unable to complete the smog. The staff explained I'd need to drive it a few hundred miles to open up the sensor. This was disappointing because I'm selling my car, so not looking to put more miles on i. Plus I'd just had it detailed so o didn't want it getting dirty before the sale. The team was so helpful, they provided me with paper floor mats and a seat cover to keep it clean! A few days later my husband swung by to check if the sensor was open by then and sure enough it was. While making an appt for the smog, another customer called in to cancel and the team got our vehicle right in. Couldn't have gone smoother or been easier. Rochas is great and will definitely get our business again. 10/10 recommend.

We've never had such a thorough inspection anywhere else with regular service checks on our car. It's comforting to know that everything is good to go 'till next time!

Their team was very through in their diagnosis of the CVT transmission issue, and even pulled up a Honda Service Bulletin that identified the problem, and described Honda's Warranty Extension. That was most helpfull and saves me a large unexpected expense!

The team at Rochas Automotive is always thorough and professional. We appreciate the time they take to explain (and show through photos/video) what items need attention on the vehicle. Sometimes, like many other people, our budget doesnt allow for all repairs needed to be made at once. The staff has always helped prioritize what should be repaired right away and some items that can be handled later. They track the history so youre not starting from square one explaining the work history for the vehicle on each visit. We continue to be extremely satisfied! Thanks!
